7. Consumer Law (New Zealand)
Our services are supplied in New Zealand. If you acquire courses or services from us as a consumer, the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (CGA) and the Fair Trading Act 1986 apply. Under the CGA, services must be carried out with reasonable care and skill, be fit for a particular purpose you told us about, and be completed within a reasonable time where no time is set.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes rights or remedies you have under the CGA, the Fair Trading Act 1986, or other New Zealand consumer protection laws that cannot lawfully be excluded.
